    The importance of Mathematics is that it is the only subject where you can score anywhere between 0 and 100. It is a nightmare for many students, and there are numerous reasons for it. While a few students find the subject boring, some others find it complex to study. This subject does not contain stories which can be learned by heart, but requires a thorough understanding of the fundamental concepts. It mainly enhances the analytical and logical reasoning skills among students, which is necessary for attaining remarkable results in the board exams.

    The most common reasons behind students becoming nervous about the subject are the numerous formulas, and the many concepts to understand. During the exam preparation, the fear blows out of proportion, especially at the time of exams. When the CBSE exams knock on the door, students burn the midnight oil to grasp the difficult formulae and theorems. However, Mathematics is not as difficult as it looks. Students who are not able to answer the questions from the textbook can access the NCERT Solutions for Class 10 Maths which are available online. 

    Easy to Follow Tips to Score Well in the Maths Exam

    1. Understand the syllabus

    It is important for the students to first understand the syllabus structure and unit wise marks weightage thoroughly. This will help them in prioritising the concepts of importance and work on them for a better score. By doing this, you will be able to understand how much time should be spent on each concept and work accordingly. 

    1. First, complete NCERT Books

    If scoring good marks in the Class 10 exams is your main aim, then you should be well conversant with the NCERT Books. These books are highly recommended by the CBSE board as well, so that students get a clear idea of the important concepts. About 90% of the questions in the board exams prominently appear from these books.

    1. Make use of study materials

    Students may find it difficult to answer the questions present in the NCERT Books. For this reason, there are a variety of study materials available online. A suitable one can be selected by the students by keeping in mind the latest syllabus prescribed by the CBSE board. This will improve the problem solving abilities among the students which is important from the exam perspective. 

    1. Solve sample papers

    After completion of the questions present in the NCERT Books, students are advised to solve the sample papers. These are released every year by the CBSE board to help the students understand the marks weightage and importance of concepts. It will also improve time management skills among the students which will help them in solving the entire question paper on time.

    1. Revise the concepts prior to the exams

    A few weeks before the exams, students are recommended to revise all the concepts. This will help in remembering and recalling the important concepts while appearing for the exams. It will also help in understanding the concepts in which they are weak and work on them for a better academic performance.

    By following these tips, students will be able to score higher marks in their CBSE board Class 10 exams. Students can also make use of the NCERT Solutions for Class 9 Maths in order to get a clear knowledge of the basic concepts which would be continued in the higher levels of education.
